Shipping & Delivery

We promise our customer to have the best online shopping experience. We ensure that your order reaches within the fixed time limit and make sure to keep your order product safe and in preeminent condition. For that reason, we ship most items in tamper-evident packaging, except for very large, bulky items. If you think that product you received is not in fine condition, you can just return that product. To return item pass on to the return policy.

We dispatch your order as soon as you confirm your order on our confirmation call. Once we get your approval we deliver your item as per the address provided by you. All deliveries are made between 10.00am and 7.00 pm on working days, and in case that the delivery cannot be completed on the estimated delivery date; we shall attempt delivery again the next working day.

An order will be delivered within a time interval of two to three days, depending upon the delivery location.
We will inform you as soon as an order is shipped by email, and when your order is shipped meeting all our quality testing and when we update the tracking code for your shipment. You will then be able to track the shipment using the information provided in the email.
