Returns & Exchange

We hope you don’t have to gaze at this section while you shop with us. Sowing Happiness has very customer friendly service, especially for returns and refund. We don’t ask any question from a customer while taking the order back. Service to our customers is always our priority and you can rely on our support.

A customer can return the product within 15 days of receiving their order. However, request for return will not be considered after that. Please fill up return & refund form in your log in created with Sowing Happiness

Make sure that the product you are returning should be in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. Moreover, it should not be used.

Once we received any query related to returning, we will investigate and pick up product from your location.

You opened the packing and nothing there!!

Well, that will certainly be less in chance, but we value your trust in us.

  • Write to us at info@sowinghappiness.com we will initiate a refund or dispatch the missing product.

 

You opened the package and you found it is damaged!!

Though we do the quality testing before we deliver still we know you trust us and so do we.

  • Allow us a moment to investigate
  • We initiate pick up of damaged product from your location
  • Refund or replacement will be done

 

You received a bad product

Well this is something we really apologise for, in such case just

  • We will do all our bit and initiate return or refund for you

Once we receive the product and quality check is confirmed the amount will be refunded in your bank account or in patym/ payU.

All refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days
